Kindy Funding & Kindy Uplift Funding

At Jumping Jim's, we work with Early Childhood Services across Queensland to deliver structured movement programs that support children's physical development, school readiness, executive functioning, confidence and wellbeing.

Many services are able to access funding opportunities through both Kindergarten Funding and the Kindy Uplift Program to support the delivery of quality educational programs.

Can Jumping Jim’s be funded through Queensland Kindergarten Funding?

In many cases, yes.

Many Queensland kindergarten and long day care services choose to use their Kindergarten Funding to support educational programs and incursions that enhance children's learning and development.

Jumping Jim's provides structured movement programs that support:

  • Physical development

  • Fundamental movement skills

  • Confidence and resilience

  • Listening and participation skills

  • Social interaction and teamwork

  • School readiness outcomes

Our programs are aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and are designed to complement your existing kindergarten program through engaging, coach-led movement experiences.

If you're unsure whether your service can use Kindergarten Funding to support a Jumping Jim's program, get in touch and we'd be happy to discuss your options.

Can Jumping Jim’s be funded through Kindy Uplift?

Kindy Uplift is a newer service offering from Jumping Jim's, developed in response to increasing demand from Early Childhood Services seeking not only quality movement experiences for children, but also practical mentoring and capability development for educators.

While Jumping Jim's has delivered movement programs to Queensland children for many years, our Uplift Program has been specifically designed to align with the Queensland Kindy Uplift priorities of:

  • Physicality

  • Executive Function

  • Social and Emotional Learning

Unlike a traditional incursion, the Jumping Jim's Uplift Program combines high-energy movement experiences with educator mentoring, coaching and practical implementation support.

The aim is to build educator confidence and create sustainable movement practices that become embedded within the service long after each weekly visit.

Services participating in the Uplift Program receive:

  • Weekly coach-led movement sessions

  • Educator mentoring and coaching

  • Weekly implementation guides

  • Daily embedding ideas

  • Rotating equipment support (all equipment is provided)

  • Ongoing practice development

Our goal is simple: to help services build strong bodies, strong minds and confident educators through purposeful movement experiences that support children's learning and development.
